• 
  All temporary signs for portable or banner signs require a permit.
  
  All banner and portable signs shall be pre-approved for design and manufactured to a professional quality.
  
  BANNERS
  
  Banner sign permits are free.
  
  A single banner cannot be displayed for more than thirty (30) consecutive days, with a minimum of sixty (60) days between same banner usage.
  
  If a business chooses to display a portable sign, the portable sign shall not be displayed on the same day as the banner except for restaurants.

  DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS
  
  Banners with yellow, orange, or neon colored fields are prohibited.
  
  Banners with neon colored copy are prohibited.
  
  Banners employing words such as "STOP", "LOOK", or "YIELD" are prohibited.
  
  PORTABLE SIGNS
  
  Portable signs shall require a onetime $30 fee per portable sign.
  
  Portable signs may only be displayed during business hours.

  Portable signs may be no more than 4' high and 3' wide.
  
  Portable signs with yellow, orange, or neon colored fields are prohibited.
  
  Portable signs with neon colored copy are prohibited.
