Town Attorney
The Town of Pinetop-Lakeside’s Legal Department performs work at the direction of the Town Manager, Town Council or other Town Staff with the approval of the Town Manager. The Town Attorney also works with the Town Code Enforcement Officer and Police Department Officials to help enforce the Town Code. The Legal Department drafts Town ordinances, resolutions, leases, contracts and other legal documents, and represents the Town or directs outside legal counsel in all legal proceedings. The Town Attorney works with the Town Manager, Town Staff, and the Town Council to help ensure that the legal affairs of the Town are handled professionally, competently, and ethically.
